THIRD ANNUAL HACE FEST SET FOR TODAY

Free fun, free fellowship, free food. That's the essence of the popular HACE Fest, which will be back for the third straight year Tuesday, Oct. 23.

Sponsored by the Hourly and Classified Employees Association (HACE), the event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. near Quarantine Road, between Webb Center and the Alfriend Chemistry Building. The rain date is Oct. 25.

The outing will feature a free hot dog roast, as well as bingo games and a wide variety of prizes. The menu also includes baked beans, cole slaw, chips and soft drinks.

The event is offered by HACE as a fun way to recognize employees for their hard work and dedication, and all hourly and classified employees are encouraged to attend.
