SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS WEEK BEGINS TODAY
Old Dominion University's Women's Center is sponsoring a series of workshops and activities as part of Sexual Assault Awareness Week, Oct. 15-20.
Among the hallmarks of the nationally celebrated week is the White Ribbon Campaign, where men show their support for ending violence against women by wearing a white ribbon. Ribbons are available on campus at the Office of Counseling Services, the Women's Center and at information tables in Webb University Center.
Students also can create a quilt panel in honor of sexual assault survivors; materials are available at the Women's Center.
