KIOSK IN WEBB CENTER FEATURES INAUGURATION INFO

The university community can now access a multimedia display of information about the inauguration of Old Dominion's seventh president, Roseann Runte, at a new kiosk located in the North Mall of Webb University Center (near Java One coffee shop).

The kiosk, which is decorated blue with the inauguration theme, "Portal to New Worlds," emblazoned on the sides, features information about the week-long slate of inaugural events. Throughout the week, photos and audio clips from the events will be added to the display.

Runte will be inaugurated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, during a ceremony on Kaufman Mall. Events to celebrate the inauguration include a concert, academic symposium, fireworks, Homecoming parade and Founders' Day dinner.
