FILM SERIES OFFERS WORTMANN'S "MAYBE, MAYBE NOT"
"Maybe, Maybe Not" is the title of the next movie scheduled for "Insiders and Outsiders: New German Film," a free series sponsored by the foreign languages and literatures department.
Presented in German with English subtitles, the film will be screened at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, in room 104 of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.
The most successful German film to date, S'nke Wortmann's "Maybe, Maybe Not" (1995) is based on a comic strip and stars Til Schweiger. The film follows the madcap adventures of a heterosexual male who finds respite at the home of a gay acquaintance after being thrown out for cheating on his girlfriend.
