PROPOSALS AND REGISTRATION BEING ACCEPTED FOR FEBRUARY SYMPOSIUM

Proposals and registration are being accepted for the 10th Annual Mid-Atlantic Symposium Best Practices in Instruction, Test-Taking Strategies and Remediation for SOL Student Achievement Feb. 2-3 at the Sheraton Inn Oceanfront, Virginia Beach.

The event is held by the Old Dominion University Darden College of Education. Symposium organizers are seeking presentations by Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL) specialists, teachers, administrators, vocational special-needs professionals and guidance and counseling personnel.

Presenters are asked to send their original and two copies of a completed proposal form, as well as a 50-word description of their program's purpose and content in relation to the conference theme.
