HISPANIC HERITAGE EVENTS CONTINUE OCT. 15

Old Dominion University's observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, which began Sept. 15, continues Monday, Oct. 15, with "Affirmative Action & Latinos," a presentation by Ismael Rivera, national president of The American Association for Affirmative Action, " 6-9 p.m. in the Hampton/Newport News rooms of Webb University Center.

The final event of the month will be "Hispanic Cultural Celebration & Health Fair," 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in the North Mall of Webb University Center.

The events are free and open to the public. For more information call the Office of Multicultural Student Services at 683-4406.
