FORUM TODAY PROVIDES OUTLET FOR DISCUSSION OF TRAGEDY
Last week's terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon have touched and traumatized people across the nation, and Old Dominion University is no exception. The university lost some students and alumni in the attacks, and friends and family members of students, faculty and staff also are among the missing.
The university's Office of Student Services will sponsor a forum from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18 in the South Cafeteria of Webb University Center. An open microphone format will allow speakers an opportunity to talk about the issues this national tragedy has raised. All speakers will have two minutes to express their thoughts.
