KALEIDOSCOPE OF CULTURES FESTIVAL SET FOR SEPT. 15

The Kaleidoscope of Cultures Festival, originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15, has been postponed.

The cultural roots that support Old Dominion University and Hampton Roads will be on display during the inaugural "Kaleidoscope of Cultures Festival" from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, on Old Dominion's Kaufman Mall.

Entertainment will be provided by representatives of African American, Asian American, East Indian, Latino and Native American cultures, as well as gay, lesbian and bisexual student and community organizations. Information about these groups also will be available.

In addition, there will be a children's activity center, and food and merchandise vendors. The event is free and open to the public.

The rain site is the Webb University Center cafeteria.
