TWO NEW TITLES AVAILABLE THROUGH PROJECT MUSE

Two publications recently became available at Perry Library through Project MUSE, the primary electronic resource service for journals in the humanities and social sciences, including the fields of literature and criticism, history, the visual and performing arts, cultural studies, education, political science and gender studies.

Social Forces, a renowned journal of sociological research explores issues involved with social psychology, anthropology, political science, history, and economics. Each issue includes ten to fourteen articles, twenty to twenty-five full book reviews, and five to ten "take note" reviews. Social Forces was founded in 1922 and is associated with the Southern Sociological Society. The publication is circulated throughout the United States and in over one hundred foreign nations.

Language, the official journal for the Linguistic Society of America, is published quarterly and contains articles, short reports, book reviews and book notices on all aspects of linguistics, focusing on the area of theoretical linguistics. Language has been published by the Society since 1924 and has a current readership of over 7,000.
