WAYNE TALLEY QUOTED IN NEW YORK TIMES ARTICLE ON LONGSHOREMEN
Wayne K. Talley, eminent scholar and professor of economics at Old Dominion University, was quoted in an article in today's New York Times on a dispute involving the city's longshoremen union.
Talley, who is executive director of the university's Maritime Institute and an expert in shipping, provided history and economic background for the article, "Ruling May Erode Longshoremen's Grip on Ports."
