UNIVERSITY OFFERS COMPENSATION REFORM PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT BRIEFINGS FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
Significant changes to the performance planning and evaluation system for classified state employees has led the Department of Human Resources to provide briefings to help demystify the process.
These changes will impact the performance rating scale and salary increases associated with the performance evaluation, documentation, and the appraisal process.
Pre-registration is not required, but a supervisor's approval for release time is necessary, if applicable.
All briefings will take place in the Webb University Center. The schedule is as follows:
