WHITEHURST TO DISCUSS BUSH PRESIDENCY AT CANTERBURY CENTER

Former congressman G. William Whitehurst, Kaufman Lecturer in Public Affairs in Old Dominion University's history department, will discuss the new Bush presidency at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 at the Canterbury Center, 1526 W. 49th St.

Whitehurst's talk is the first in a series of lectures sponsored by the Canterbury Center. Lunch will be served, and the fee will be $3.

Participants attending the series will determine the topics of future lectures, which are designed to engage faculty from various colleges and departments across the University in a dialogue.
