REAL ESTATE REVIEW AND FORECAST TO BE PRESENTED MARCH 1

Old Dominion University's Real Estate Center will present "Hampton Roads Real Estate Review and Forecast" from 3:30-7 p.m. Thursday, March 1, at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.

The conference will feature reviews of residential, multifamily, office, industrial and retail markets. Those in attendance will receive a set of 2001 market reports.

Presenters include Donald R. Crigger, CCIM, senior director of office brokerage at Advanits; Bernie Grablowsky, president of United Property Associates; Jonathan Guion, SIOR, principal and managing broker for Divaris Real Estate; Michael D. Gurley, senior vice president and partner of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.; and J.V. Rose Jr., president of Rose and Womble Realty.

Registration is $55 for members of the Old Dominion University Real Estate Center and $75 for nonmembers. Preregistration is not required.
