PROFESSORS & PRESIDENT PARTICIPATE IN REGIONALISM FORUM TODAY

Old Dominion's Jeffrey Harlow, director of the Social Science Research Center, and Stephen Medvic, assistant professor of political science, will join President James V. Koch in participating in WHRO/WHRV's HEARSAY program on regionalism today.

The discussion topic -- The State of the Community -- is based on Old Dominion's "State of the Region" report that was released in the fall.

During the live broadcast, panelists will address the issues raised in the report, discuss the research and implications of that research, and ask for audience and caller comments and questions.

The live broadcast begins at noon on WHRV-FM 89.5 and is being held in conjunction with WHRO/WHRV's annual Regional Advisory Committee meeting.
