PRESIDENT KOCH TO DELIVER HIS 'STATE OF THE UNIVERSITY' ADDRESS TODAY
Old Dominion University President James V. Koch will deliver his "State of the University" address at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, in the Mills Godwin Jr. Life Sciences Building Auditorium.
Koch announced last year he'll step down in June 2001 after 11 years in the position. On Thursday, he will discuss university achievements, give his assessment of where Old Dominion now stands and talk about some "unfinished" agendas.
Virginia Attorney General Mark Earley also will deliver remarks before the speech. The speech can be viewed on the World Wide Web at http://web.odu.edu/news.
