NEW HEAD OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AT PERRY LIBRARY

Glenn Bunton was recently named Head of Systems Development at Old Dominion University's Perry Library. Bunton has been the systems librarian for Internet technologies at Old Dominion since 1998.

Prior to joining the university, Bunton served as reference librarian, microcomputer librarian, systems librarian and head of the Educational Technology Laboratory at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Library.

Bunton received a bachelor's degree in sociology from Miami University of Ohio, and master's degrees in library services and computer education and cognitive systems from the University of North Texas .
