CAMPUS COMMUNITY INVITED TO SURF 'N' TURF AT PERRY LIBRARY

Old Dominion University faculty, staff and students are invited to learn more about library services during "Surf 'n' Turf" every Tuesday and Thursday in September at Perry Library.

The "Surf" sessions, held 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays, will teach the best techniques for searching electronic databases, the library catalog, and the Web. The sessions begin in the lobby of Perry Library.

"Turf" sessions are tours of Perry library and help users get the "lay of the land." The tours, held at 12:30 p.m. Thursdays, begin in the lobby and point out the most important areas of the library and how to use them effectively.

Surf 'n' Turf sessions are brief, informal and designed for interested individuals; they are not appropriate for whole classes to attend. Registration is not necessary.
