CONCERT CHOIR PERFORMS ON TOUR OF NEW YORK CITY
Members of the Old Dominion University Concert Choir are getting a taste of The Big Apple this week during a tour of New York City.
The group, led by associate professor of music Nancy Klein, performed Wednesday at St. Patrick's Cathedral and attended a Broadway play. Thursday, they toured Greenwich Village and New York University, attended a lecture and concert there for music majors and saw a show at Carnegie Hall.
Friday, they'll tour New York City, including the World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Lincoln Center.
Saturday, the group will perform for an Old Dominion alumni luncheon and return to Norfolk.
