UNC PROFESSOR TO DISCUSS DEMOCRACY IN LATIN AMERICA FEB. 29
Lars Schoultz, professor of political science at the University of North Carolina and past president of the Latin American Studies Association, will discuss "The United States and the Promotion of Democracy in Latin America" from 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 29, in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building at Old Dominion University.
The talk is part of the Distinguished Latin American Studies Lecture Series. It is free and open to the public.
