ART AND RELIGION OF INDIA TOPIC OF HUMANITIES LECTURES FEB. 24-25
The Humanities Lecture Series will present "The Politics of Art and Religion in Modern India: Some Postmodernist Comments" by Professor Gerald James Larson, Rabundranth Tagore Professor of Indian Studies at Indiana University, at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, in Room 104 of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.
At 10 a.m. Friday, Larson will lead a discussion on "Interdiscplinary Research: Problems and Opportunities" for graduate students and faculty in the Burgess Room of the Batten Arts and Letters Building.
