Mitchell Held, managing director and co-manager of the U.S. Economic Research arm within New York's Salomon Smith Barney and Citibank, will be the featured speaker at the Economics Club of Hampton Roads' Annual Economic Outlook Conference Wednesday, Jan. 12.
