An open forum titled "Black History Month: Do We Really Need It?" will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, in the Cape Charles Room of Webb University Center at Old Dominion.
The event is part of the university's observance of Black History Month. The event is sponsored by the Black Student Alliance.
