INTERNATIONAL STUDY GRAD STUDENTS LEAD LUNCHTIME DISCUSSION TODAY
"Exploring Other Sources: The International Experience in Intellectual Pursuits," a brown bag lunch program on conducting research abroad sponsored by Graduate Programs in International Studies (GPIS) and the Center for Regional and Global Study, will be today from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in Batten Arts and Letters Building Room 620. All interested faculty and students are invited.
Guest speakers will be GPIS graduate students John Baxter, Scott Brunstetter and Octavius Pinkard.
This informal session will discuss the value of going abroad for practical experience and intellectual pursuits. The speakers have conducted research, attended conferences and worked in Western and Central Europe.
