SEN. CHUCK ROBB TO SPEAK AT LEGISLATIVE BLACK CAUCUS AT OLD DOMINION SATURDAY

U.S. Sen. Chuck Robb (D-Va.) will the guest speaker at a luncheon as part of the 1999 Virginia State Legislative Black Caucus Conference/Workshop Saturday, Nov. 20, at Old Dominion University.

The luncheon will be from 12:15-2:15 p.m. in the North Cafeteria of Webb University Center.

The workshop, titled "Minority Business Growth and Development: Good Business Sense for the New Millennium," is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and includes sessions on building business partnerships, entrepreneurism and education as preparation for the new millennium.

Other speakers include delegates Lionell Spruill, Dwight Jones and Jerrauld Jones and U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott.
