HACE HOT DOG HOEDOWN OCT. 19; RSVPs DUE OCT. 15

HACEFest '99, a free picnic for classified and hourly staff members, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 19.

The deadline to RSVP has been extended to Friday, Oct. 15. Employees must fill out the reply form on the picnic flier and return it to HACE member John Hoatson at the Perry Library.

Sponsored by the Hourly and Classified Employees Association, the event is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Monarch Gardens, between Webb Center and the Alfriend Chemistry Building. On the menu will be hot dogs, potato chips, baked beans, cole slaw and soft drinks. There will also be volleyball, bingo games and prizes.
