FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE TODAY AT VIRGINIA BEACH HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER

With the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention urging adults to get vaccinated against the flu, Old Dominion University's Student Health Services is offering flu shots to students, faculty and staff at the Virginia Beach Higher Education Center.

Flu shots will be available from 1 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, in the Information Resource Area. The cost for flu shots is $10 for faculty and staff, payable by check or money order, and $5 for students, billed to student accounts.

Flu shots will also be available at the Norfolk campus Thursday, Oct. 21 and Tuesday, Nov. 2, in the South Mall in Webb Center. The shots will also be offered at Good Morning Commuters, 7:30-9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, in the North Mall in Webb Center.
