WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL PROGRAM TO ADDRESS "FUTURE OF RUSSIA"
William Hyland, former deputy assistant to the president for national security affairs; Richard F. Stolz, former deputy director for operations, Central Intelligence Agency; and Mikhail A. Alexseev, author, commentator and professor at Appalachian State University; will speak on the "Future of Russia" for the World Affairs Council of Greater Hampton Roads dinner program, Thursday, Sept. 30, in Webb Center.
A reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 and the program from 7:30 to 9:30. Tickets are $22 for nonmembers and $10 for full-time students. The deadline for reservations is Sept. 28.
