OPEN HOUSE, BLOCK PARTY MOVED TO WEBB CENTER

Due to inclement weather, today's open house and block party sponsored by the Hugo A. Owens African-American Cultural Center and the Filipino-American Student Cultural Center at Old Dominion University have been moved to the Hampton/Newport News Room in Webb Center.

The program, held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., will feature ethnic foods, entertainment and music. Visitors can take tours of both centers, which are located at 1411 and 1417 W. 49th St. on the Old Dominion campus.
