FLOOD RELIEF COLLECTIONS ON CAMPUS FRIDAY, AT LADY MONARCHS GAME SATURDAY

Old Dominion University and ANE New-Bell Disaster Relief Collection for flood victims of Hurricane Floyd will be from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, in parking lot 1 (between WHRO and the Shell station, near 49th Street and Hampton Boulevard). A Mayflower Transit truck will also be at the Lady Monarchs soccer game between 7:30 and 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2. Everyone bringing items will be admitted for half price ($2).

Donors are asked to bring cleaning supplies, underwear, toiletries, non-perishable food, water and baby products. Furniture and other items will also be accepted.

The truck will stop by the residence halls on west campus after 3 p.m. Friday to pick up items collected there.

Proof of donation forms will be provided for tax deduction. For more information, call 683-4435.
