In order for entrepreneurs to advance their companies, they must move away from growing their business and move towards scaling their business. They must know how high they want to go, where that fits into their life plan, and build the corporate culture to get there. By the completion of the session, attendees will be able to:
- Create a compelling vision statement of the future they see for their company
- Develop the mission to show how they will get to their vision
- Extract their elevator pitch from their mission
- Name the values which determine the culture of their company
