- With offshore wind development accelerating, emissions management and reduction has become a top concern for vessel operators. Tracking emissions across a single fleet is difficult and across multiple tiers of subcontractors is near impossible. Jacob Ruytenbeek, founder of SailPlan, will speak about the issues associated with fleet emissions monitoring and the challenge of optimizing operations to mitigate impacts on business and the environment.

Jacob is the Founder & CEO of SailPlan. Before founding SailPlan, Jacob worked alongside the emerging tech side of the transportation & defense community at the US Air Force (civilian), Raytheon, and AirMap. Jacob is an active member of the Air Traffic Control Association's Blue Skies Initiative and a past Co-Chair of the US Chamber of Commerce Chamber Technology Engagement Center (C_TEC).
