How to Begin Receiving Services
Same Day/Next Day appointments are available through self-scheduling on the Monarch Wellness Portal. Virtual and in-person appointments are available. You must be in the Commonwealth of Virginia at the time of your virtual appointment.
Online scheduling will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
For urgent and/or crisis services, please call our office at 757-683-4401 and press Option 2 to speak with a crisis counselor. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to all registered ODU students, regardless of their location.

Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Summer & Breaks:
