Changes to Spring 2017 Commencement
Due to an increase in student participation, the commencement ceremony line-up for Spring 2017 will be as follows:
Friday, May 5, 2017
- 3:00 p.m. The College of Arts & Letters Undergraduate Ceremony *time change from the normal 4:00 p.m. time
- 7:30 p.m. Advanced Degree Ceremony (Masters and Doctoral students from all colleges) *new ceremony
Saturday, May 6, 2017
- 9:00 a.m. Darden College of Education and Strome College Business Undergraduate Ceremonies
- 2:00 p.m. Batten College of Engineering & Technology, College of Health Sciences, College of Sciences Undergraduate Ceremonies
The experience of our students is our top priority and this needed change will assure the maximum number of tickets is available to more students each semester.
