- Old Dominion University football hosts its Conference USA home opener on Friday, Sept. 26 at 8 p.m. on Fox Sports 1. • Old Dominion returns home to host Middle Tennessee in the Conference USA home opener on Friday night in front of a national TV audience on Fox Sports 1 at 8 p.m. Friday’s game will be the 38th-straight sellout. • The Friday night contest will be the first home C-USA game in school history and also the first Friday night game. • ODU is coming off of a thrilling 45-42 win at Rice in the C-USA opener in which Ricky Segers kicked a 25-yard field goal with no time left to win it for the Monarchs.
