Monarch Dining: Ms. Ruby's Cafe featuring La Latina Cocina

In response to a growing demand for more authentic, global cuisine, Monarch Dining will soon bring a new Latin food experience to residential dining. Old Dominion University’s dining service provider, Aramark, along with its higher education field culinary team, has partnered with Chef Grace Ramirez to launch a new pop-up, La Latina Cocina, offering authentic Latin dishes to campus diners. This new offering will run through the end of Spring semester.

Monarch Dining will feature La Latina Cocina as a pop-up located at Ms. Ruby’s Café for lunch Tuesday – Thursday from 11am – 2pm. Students and Faculty will have the option to order the following items for one meal swipe:

Tuesday – El Choripan Plate

Wednesday - Chicken Tinga Taco Plate

Thursday – Mojo Pulled Pork Taco Plate

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - Chipotle Mushroom Taco Plate
