Learn About Careers in Library and Information Sciences, Thursday 6-7 PM on Zoom!

The Future Library Professionals Club Meeting will be meeting on April 7 from 6-7 PM on Zoom or in-person! New members are welcome! 

 

We have invited Sue Kimmel, Associate Professor, Library and Information Studies at Old Dominion University, Abbie Basile, Engineering & Physical Sciences Librarian at Old Dominion University, Sydney Gordon, Librarian, Tidewater Community College, Jeannette Reynolds, Library Media Specialist, Rosemont Elementary School, and Liz Weir Dickson Librarian at the Chrysler Museum of Art to serve on a panel discussion platform sharing what being a librarian involves, what are the favorite parts of their jobs and to answer your questions about librarianship and range of career opportunities that are available in receiving a graduate degree in Library and Information Science.
