De-Stress with VR in the Learning Commons!
Come de-stress before finals in the world of virtual reality with a Meta Quest headset in the Learning Commons!
The Office of Academic Success Initiatives and Support (ASIS), ODU Libraries, Classroom Central, and The Writing Center will be on site to showcase this emerging technology and how it can be used to ease stress and anxiety.
Find us in the Learning Commons soft seating area near Einstein's Bros Bagels, on Thursday, April 21st, from 11am-1pm.
All participants who complete an exit survey can enter a raffle for a free stress relief candle!
