YOGA - FOR 1 or 2 ELECTIVE CREDITS
Keep calm and get your chill on in a yoga class. Yoga is offered as a one or two credit course and is now being offered at the Virginia Beach Campus.
Log into LEO and do a class search for Physical Education (PE) 112+ to see all the available classes being offered in the fall.
