Love Your Body Week Events

Enjoy specialty fitness and wellness programs that encourage body acceptance for every body in honor of National Eating Disorder Awareness Month. Love Your Body Week provides the opportunity to learn about positive body image and engage in healthy behaviors.


Burn Bad Energy: Tuesday, February 16 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. outside of the SRC. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and music!


• Grab & Go Self Care Kits: Tuesday, February 16 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 1525 Webb Center in the Health Promotion office. Get your hands on free self care items!


• Conflict Resolution Workshop: Wednesday, February 17 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Zoom. February isn't just about romantic relationships. Whether it's family, friends, significant others, or coworkers - we all have relationships and we all experience conflict in these relationships. This workshop helps participants identify when conflicts start to arise, what skills are needed to work through them, and how to set boundaries when needed. Whether you've experienced conflict in the past or present or want to develop these skills for the future, this workshop has something for you!


• Body Positivity Meditation: Thursday, February 18 from 6:15 – 7:15 p.m. in the SRC Studio C or on Zoom. Set intentions to love your body and enjoy a relaxing mindfulness session.
