Mindfulness Bootcamp
Looking to find your Zen? This 2-day interactive mindfulness bootcamp will lead participants toward understanding the hidden effects of stress and learning techniques to mitigate them before potentially reacting in a way that could have negative repercussions.
The class will lay the framework for a powerful meditation practice through use of breath and body awareness. These techniques can be used to mitigate stress related to work, relationships, health concerns, changing life circumstances and more. They can also be used as tools for deeper meditative practices such as using the Law of Attraction to organize priorities and achieve specific goals.
