Data Visualization Bootcamp - NEW!
This three-day bootcamp will focus on the graphical presentation of different types of data using R. Participants will receive an overview of R, RStudio, and some of the thousands of pre-loaded datasets in R. Using R, ggplot2, and lower level plotting functions. We will explore how to graphically present data that show relationships, distributions, compositions, and comparisons. Tools and techniques will be presented and used to show two, three, four, or more variables, data that changes over time, data that do not share common attributes, and cases where only the relative change in data is important.
The emphasis of the bootcamp is to use data visualization as part of data science to show different types of data relationships using R, ggplot2, and lower level functions.
This bootcamp is being offered as a credit or non-credit course. The instructor will provide additional information to those who choose the credit-based option during registration.
