Topics may include: hydration, smoothie taste tests, tips for eating healthy in the dining hall, dorm room refrigerator ideas, grocery shopping tips, and meal planning. This week's table will feature a strawberry peach smoothie taste test! Recipes and free samples will be provided.</p>
