MARI/CCPO Seminar Series - Sept. 22
<pre wrap=""> The Sept. 22 seminar in the joint Mitigation and Adaptation Research Institute (MARI) and the Center for Coastal Physical Oceanography (CCPO) seminar series will be given by Sarah Cooley from the Ocean Conservancy, Washington, DC. Dr. Cooley's involvement with ocean acidification is as research scientist and more recently she has been using her science background to inform the development of ocean acidification policies and mitigation strategies. She is a member of the Ocean Acidification International Coordination Centre (OA-ICC) Advisory Board which coordinates international ocean acidification research and works to communicate and promote ocean acidification research.
