ENGLISH CONVERSATION PARTNER PROGRAM - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
<p> <strong>Are you interested in learning about another culture?</strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>Do you want to learn or practice a foreign language?</strong></p> <p align="center"> <strong>Are you looking for ways to make new connections on campus?</strong></p> <p> If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, I strongly encourage you to sign up to be an <strong>English Conversation Partner Program</strong> volunteer today! It's a fun and rewarding way to get more involved on campus and enrich your experience here at ODU.</p> <p> The English Language Center started up the conversation partner program as a way to give our students an opportunity to meet Americans, to practice their English with native speakers and to learn something about American culture.</p> <p> <strong>How Does the Program Work?</strong></p> <p> - Students are matched based on availability, demand, and sometimes language preference.</p> <p> - Students meet once or twice per week for culture/language exchange and conversation practice.</p> <p> <strong>How Can I Sign Up?</strong></p> <p> There are two ways to sign up:</p> <p> 1) Complete an online application:</p> <p> a.
