ITS System Maintenance
<p> ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, August 3, 2014. Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:<br /> </p> <ul> <li> Faculty/Staff Email</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:<br /> </p> <ul> <li> Banner INB</li> <li> Leo Online</li> <li> DegreeWorks</li> <li> Travel & Expense</li> <li> Footprints</li> <li> Resource 25 Scheduling</li> <li> News.odu.edu</li> <li> MIDAS (midas.odu.edu)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.</p> <p> <em>Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon. </em></p>
