<div class="response"> <p> The holiday season can be a tough time of the year to maintain your weight. Most Americans gain one to three pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years. Register now for the <strong>ODU SRC Maintain Don’t Gain incentive program.</strong><br /> <br /> <br /> <u><strong>How to Register:</strong></u><br /> <strong>• Step 1: </strong>Register and weigh-in at the Student Recreation Center from Nov 3 - Dec 5 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Friday and Saturday - Sunday 12 - 8 p.m. in the Fitness Assessment Room.<br /> <strong>• Step 2:</strong> Weigh-in after the holidays at the Student Recreation center from Jan 10 - Jan 14 from 7 a.m. to 9 .p.m Monday - Friday and Saturday - Sunday 12 - 8 p.m. in the Fitness Assessment Room.<br /> <br /> <u><strong>The incentive:</strong></u><br /> Each week you will receive weekly emails that provide tips and strategies for adopting or maintaining healthy behaviors, healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions, and encouraging messages to keep you going.
