Harbor Lights Half-Marathon Lane Closures SUNDAY***
<p> This Sunday morning, 11/23/14, the City of Norfolk is hosting the Harbor Lights Half-Marathon. The route starts downtown and travels north, passing ODU. The following streets will have Lane Closures Sunday morning. Please be advised and plan your trips accordingly.</p> <ul> <li> Monarch Way, between 41st St. and 47th St.</li> <li> Hampton Blvd., between 47th and Bowling Ave.</li> </ul> <p> Monarch Loop Daytime service may be delayed because of these closures, but the service will still run.</p> <p> See attached pdf for the Route Map.</p> <p> For more information, please call the Transportation & Parking Services at (757) 683-4004.</p>
