The performance dates and times are November 18-22 at 7:30PM and November 21 at 10:30PM. The show was produced by the Old Dominion University creative team of writer Lee Smith and director Katherine Hammond. It first premiered in Summer 2014 at The New York International Fringe Festival and comes straight to our stage. The synopsis is below: “What if you had to choose between the ability to create or the ability to destroy? What if they were the same thing? “The Death of Thomas Edisonâ€Â takes you on a journey to a world where magical realism crashes against sophomoric humor, women's handbags contain the universe, puppets masquerade as the Savior and singing water goblets change the destiny of all mankind.â€Â Tickets are only $15 per person, and we offer discounted ticket rates for groups of ten or more (email odutheatrearts@gmail.com for group rate information).
