The Institute incorporates theory and practice and is divided into eight modules.</p> <p> Dedicated to building community among members and refining essential leadership skills, the program provides students with the opportunity to network with other student leaders.</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong>Application information</strong></p> <ul> <li> Open to all women students</li> <li> Application available online at http://www.odu.edu/womenscenter </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Students accepted into the Institute will be notified by February 5. The purpose of this workshop is highlight how unresolved issues can become barriers to success.
