One car chosen to represent the Regional Higher Ed Centers will have a spot in line during the Homecoming Parade Saturday, October 5th.</p> <p> <u>Rules and Guidelines </u></p> <p> 1. No profane or inappropriate language or images</p> <p> 2. Must include Homecoming theme: “ODUniverse: Journey through the blue Galaxy”</p> <p> <u>Tips and Suggestions</u></p> <p> 1. Use washable car window paint</p> <p> 2. Use ODU colors</p> <p> 3.
